Yes, finally I decided to ski. I know, I should have tried earlier but since I fall a lot in a normal terrain with good shoes, I was a bit worried about what would happen with me and the ski. Anyway, it was very nice and much easier than I thought (I went to the river to avoid difficulties). It was again, so quiet and beautiful and I could see clearly the landscape changing according to the different lights, the wind. I decided not to worry about the camera, otherwise I wouldn´t enjoy to be there. After noticing that I was the only one that was slower with the skis than walking, I decided to relax and think that I was doing all I could, hahahahaha. The amazing thing (and everytime I go out in this place there´s something amazing to see) was when I was coming back and found an area with very soft snow. So soft that I fell, of course. But the different layers of snow showed a tone of blue that you think it´s not available in nature. A very bright light blue. It was so amazing that I´ve stayed there for a while. It was really difficult to access the camera in the way I was, after some minutes I´ve noticed that I was going further into the snow and maybe this blue could mean water...since it took about 10 minutes for me to manage to go out (I´ve heard about quicksand, but not quicksnow!) I decided it was better to come back to the station. Again, a wonderful experience.
