Introducing Bioart Society's new staff members
posted by Johanna Salmela on 19 February 2021

We’re excited to welcome Lisa Kalkowski as producer at Bioart Society! Lisa is a producer and art educator based in Helsinki. She has been working with international projects and festivals during the last years while focusing on anti-racist work structures and intersectional feminism. Lisa has joined our team this month and is excited to broaden her expertise to a new sector within the art field.

Since November, we’re also happy to have artist Laura Kaker doing her internship with us. Laura is a Belgian artist currently based in Helsinki, where she’s finishing her Bachelor’s Degree at the Academy of Fine Arts Helsinki.

Our warmest thanks to our former producer Mari Keski-Korsu, who is starting her doctoral thesis on Interdisciplinary art practice in the crisis of humanity. We'll miss you!
